What is living with neurodiversity?
You may have the diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Autism. You may feel that your brain works differently than others and be highly sensitive to lights, sounds, touch or other external stimuli. You may struggle with meltdowns because the overwhelm is just too much to manage. You may be quick to anger when feeling overstimulated, and struggle with anxiety with so much negative inner dialogue going on. You may see yourself as a ‘people pleaser’ and feel deeply troubled if you think people don’t like you. Substance abuse may be part of your experience or thrill seeking to find ways to manage your sensory overstimulation.
Take a holistic approach to your mental health and explore individual psychotherapy, adult assessments, nutritional counselling, or Neurofeedback assessment and brain training sessions.
Psychotherapy Provides
