Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate
RCT-C, MEd, MDiv, MA
(She/Her/Hers)
I believe it is inevitable that life is full of circumstances and situations that may seem overwhelming, especially ones caused by things that are beyond our control such as race and abilities. I know that processing mental health issues can feel overwhelming and people may not even know where to begin or what to expect. You can be skeptical of how it might work, if it’s going to work at all.
I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach incorporated with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy models to create a space where you can express your concerns and explore ways to bring healing and wholeness. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship so you can move forward with ease.
