I know how overwhelming life situations can be and how difficult it is to find the way through emotional pain. Getting the motivation to make change can be difficult yet carrying on with such unhappiness is not the way to a meaningful life. I understand life’s stressors & I applaud your courage to reach out.

I tailor my work with couples and individuals to suit each individual need. I draw on styles of therapy that have been shown to make a difference in helping people find hope, healing and new ways to move forward toward the peace and satisfaction in life they most want. My work is client centered and trauma informed, so that I create a comfortable environment for you to feel secure, respected and valued as we work together.
